民办高校新生适应性问题研究——以A大学为例
Research on the Adaptability of Freshmen in Private Universities—Taking A university as an Example

大学生是祖国未来的希望，社会各界应确保其在大学阶段能够健康成长。大一阶段是人生中重要的转折点，因此，学校应关注新生的心理健康发展，为其能够更好地适应大学的学习环境和生活环境打下坚实的基础。本研究以民办高校A大学124名专科新生作为调查对象，采用问卷星在线发放问卷，结合访谈法获得数据，利用SPSS软件对研究数据进行统计分析，并从学习环境、教育教学、学业模式、情感沟通四个维度分析研究结果。最后，针对新生存在的适应性问题提出以下对策：学校应加强新生适应期指导；学生应敞开心扉“走出去”；家长应主动进行沟通。
College students are the hope of the motherland's future, and all walks of life in society should ensure that they can grow healthily during their university years. The freshman year is an important turning point in life. Therefore, schools should pay attention to the mental health development of freshmen and lay a solid foundation for them to better adapt to the learning and living environment of the university. This research took 124 junior college freshmen of Private University A as the survey objects, distributed questionnaires online through Questionnaire Star, combined with the interview method to obtain data, and used SPSS software to conduct statistical analysis of the research data. The research results were analyzed from the four dimensions of learning environment, education and teaching, academic model, and emotional communication. Finally, the following countermeasures are proposed for the adaptability problems of freshmen: Schools should strengthen the guidance during the freshman adaptation period; students should open their hearts and \"step out\"; parents should take the initiative to communicate.
