Abstract:

《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》中,重点提出各课程要以培养学生的体育核心素养为重点,以核心素养要求优化课程内容与组织形式。体育教师是学生核心素养培育的主体,是具体的实践者,也是第一责任人。要培养学生的核心素养,首先就得要求教师具有培养学生核心素养的能力。本文基于文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体育核心素养下体育教师专项能力的提升进行研究。研究发现,目前体育教师专项能力提升存在边缘化学科的固化思想、体育与健康课程存在重体轻德的传统现象和信息化时代的教学手段滞后,体育教师队伍结构多元化的问题。针对以上问题提出从补齐自身短板,紧跟信息发展的能力、跨学科知识整理融合的专项能力、深入理解体育核心素养并层次性设计体育与健康课程目标体系的能力和构建体育与健康教学的大情境的专项教学能力。
In the “Physical Education and Health Course Standards (2022 Edition)”, the focus is on the fact that each course should prioritize the cultivation of students’ sports core literacy and optimize the course content and organization forms based on the core literacy requirements. Physical education teachers are the main body for cultivating students’ core literacy, the specific practitioners, and the first responsible person. To cultivate students’ core literacy, it is necessary to first require teachers to have the ability to cultivate students’ core literacy. This paper conducts research on the enhancement of sports teachers’ specialized abilities based on the method of literature research and logical analysis in the context of sports core literacy. The research finds that there are problems of entrenched subject-oriented thinking in the marginalized sports, traditional phenomena of overemphasizing physical education and neglecting morality in sports and health courses and lagging behind in teaching methods in the information age, as well as the problem of diversification of the structure of the sports teacher team. In view of these problems, it is proposed to improve the specialized abilities of sports teachers by filling their own shortcomings, keeping up with the development of information capabilities, integrating cross-disciplinary knowledge and specialized abilities, deeply understanding sports core literacy and designing a systematic goal system for sports and health courses at different levels, and building a large teaching scenario for sports and health teaching.
