RCEP背景下中国东盟数字基础设施合作的现状机遇和挑战
The Current Situation, Opportunities and Challenges of China-ASEAN Digital Infrastructure Cooperation in the Context of RCEP

在区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)框架下，中国与东盟国家在数字基础设施领域的合作日益紧密。本文首先总结了中国与东盟在数字基础设施合作方面的现状，其次分析了当前合作机遇并指出了合作中的挑战，最后提出相关政策建议：加强政策沟通，深化技术合作，推进标准互认建议，推动中国与东盟在数字基础设施领域的合作向更深层次发展。
Under the framework of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), China and ASEAN countries are increasingly cooperating closely in the field of digital infrastructure. This paper first summarizes the present situation of China and ASEAN in digital infrastructure cooperation, the second analysis of the current cooperation opportunities and points out the challenges in the cooperation, mainly to strengthen policy communication, deepen technical cooperation, promote standard mutual recognition suggestions, to promote China and ASEAN cooperation in the field of digital infrastructure to a deeper development.
