标准物质蔗糖溶液及其制法

Abstract:
本文论述了蔗糖溶液标准物质的研究工作,包括该系列标准物质研制过程中原材料的甄别选择、标准物质的制备方法、特性量值的测定方法、均匀性检验实验、稳定性检验实验及定值测量工作。经考察,表明该系列标准物质在6个月内均保持稳定。对样品均匀性、测量分散性以及其他各类因素引入的各个不确定度分量进行了分析,最终确定标准值为1.00%和5.00%的蔗糖溶液标准物质的相对扩展不确定度分别为1.0%和1.0%。该系列标准物质具备优良的计量特性和应用前景,可用于食品、药品、化工产品的相关领域的研究和检验检测,有助于实现相关检验仪器(如糖量计)的计量校准、分析方法评估或各类基底中蔗糖含量检测及检测方法的确证,有望协助统一蔗糖相关量值。
This article discusses the research work on sucrose solution standard substances, including the identification and selection of raw materials in the development process of this series of standard substances, the preparation method of standard substances, the determination method of characteristic values, uniformity testing experiments, stability testing experiments, and constant value measurement work. After investigation, it was found that the series of standard substances remained stable within 6 months. To obtain the uncertainty of this series, the various uncertainty components introduced by sample uniformity, measurement dispersion, and other factors were analyzed and determined. Finally, the relative expanded uncertainties of the sucrose solution standard substance with standard values of 1.00% and 5.00% were determined to be 1.0% and 1.0%, respectively. This series of standard substances has excellent metrological characteristics and application prospects, and can be used for research and inspection in related fields of food, medicine, and chemical products. It helps to achieve metrological calibration of related inspection instruments (such as sugar meters), evaluation of analysis methods, or confirmation of sugarcane content detection and detection methods in various substrates, and is expected to assist in unifying sucrose related values.
