探索专业学位研究生企业实践的有效模式
Exploring Effective Models for Enterprise Practice of Professional Degree Graduate Students

企业实践是专业学位研究生培养环节中必不可少的一环，对工程意识及解决工程复杂问题能力的培养至关重要。本文针对石油工程专业的研究生开展企业实践面临“安全风险高、在岗时间短”的难题，通过分析专业学位研究生培养三环节相关性及影响企业实践效果的因素，提出树立研究生能力培养全系统、全流程理念，构建“12345研究生企业实践”质量提升模式，对提升专业学位研究生的企业实践效果起到了显著的促进作用。
Enterprise practice is an essential part of the training process for professional degree graduate students, and it is crucial for cultivating engineering awareness and the ability to solve complex engineering problems. In response to the challenges faced by graduate students majoring in petroleum engineering in carrying out enterprise practice, such as high safety risks and short on-the-job time, this study analyzes the correlation between the three links of professional degree graduate student training and the factors that affect the effectiveness of enterprise practice. It proposes the establishment of a comprehensive system and process concept for graduate student ability training, and constructs the “12345 Graduate Student Enterprise Practice” quality improvement model, which has played a significant role in enhancing the effectiveness of professional degree graduate students’ enterprise practice.
