Abstract:

工业革命以来,我国社会政治经济生活已经达到了新的高度,工业化现代化齐发展,人民群众的生活质量实现了质的飞跃,随之而来的大气污染问题却愈发严重,环境问题尤其是空气质量问题得到了全球范围内的广泛关注。哈尔滨市作为黑龙江省省会,有东方小巴黎之美誉,是东北地区重要的政治经济文化中心,因而其大气质量问题获得诸多关注,不容忽视。本文以2023年哈尔滨市春节期间的空气质量数据和六种主要大气污染物的浓度数据为数据基础,使用特征雷达图法对哈尔滨市春节期间的大气污染类型进行分析,得出如下结论:(1) 哈尔滨市2023年春节期间大气污染类型多为偏二次型、偏综合型;(2) 由于烟花禁燃管控,哈尔滨市2023年春节期间大气污染类型并无偏烟花型,PM2.5和SO2并未明显超出标准值上限。并针对不同污染类型提出相应对策与建议。
Since the Industrial Revolution, China’s social, political, and economic life has reached a new height. Industrialization and modernization have developed together, and the quality of life of the people has achieved a qualitative leap. However, the accompanying air pollution problem has become increasingly serious, and environmental issues, especially air quality issues, have received widespread attention worldwide. As the capital of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin has the reputation of “Little Paris of the East” and is an important political, economic and cultural center in Northeast China. Therefore, its air mass has received a lot of attention, which cannot be ignored. Based on the air quality data and the concentration data of six major air pollutants during the Spring Festival in Harbin in 2023, this paper uses the characteristic radar chart method to analyze the air pollution types during the Spring Festival in Harbin, and draws the following conclusions: (1) The air pollution types during the Spring Festival in Harbin in 2023 are mostly quadratic form and comprehensive; (2) Due to the prohibition and control of fireworks, there was no fireworks type of air pollution during the 2023 Spring Festival in Harbin, and PM2.5 and SO2 did not significantly exceed the upper limit of the standard values. And propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for different types of pollution.
