喀斯特地区兴西湖水库饮用水水源保护区划分方法研究

Abstract:
饮用水安全,关乎人民身体与生命之安危,是生态系统不可或缺的组成部分。稳定可靠的饮用水供应更是经济社会发展的基石。为加强饮用水源环境保护、确保饮用水安全、维护人民群众生命安全和健康,饮用水源保护区的划定是为了保护饮用水的安全和可持续性发展,为水源地的保护、管理和合理开发利用提供了重要的法律依据和技术支持。本文以贵州省黔西南州兴义市兴西湖水库为例,研究喀斯特区域湖库型饮用水源地保护区划分技术方法和保护管理建议措施。
Drinking water safety is related to the safety of human’s health and life. It’s also an integral part of the ecosystem. A stable and reliable supply of drinking water is a cornerstone of economic development. In order to strengthen the environmental protection of drinking water sources, ensure the safety of drinking water, and maintain the life and health of the people, the designation of drinking water source protection areas is to guarantee the safety and sustainable development of drinking water, which provides an important legal basis and technical support for the protection, management and appropriate development and utilization of water sources. Taking Xingxi Reservoir in Xingyi City, Guizhou Province as an example, this paper introduces the protection regionalization technology and management suggestions for lake-reservoir drinking water source in Karst region.
