Abstract:

随着科技的快速发展,机器人无人餐厅作为新兴业态逐渐崭露头角,用户体验成为决定其成功与否的关键因素。本文概述了机器人无人餐厅的兴起背景,并强调了用户体验在此类餐厅中的重要性。并对机器人无人餐厅服务设计的现状进行了全面分析,包括当前服务设计的实践情况,以及用户体验在其中的研究现状。文章通过对比分析,指出现有研究的不足和问题,并就包括提升服务质量、提升用户体验等具体措施在内的机器人无人餐厅服务设计,为后续研究提供方向和优化建议。同时,本文也对未来机器人无人餐厅的发展趋势进行了展望,也为相关领域的研究提供了新的思路和方向。
With the rapid development of science and technology, robotic unmanned restaurants are gradually emerging as an emerging format, and user experience has become a key factor in determining its success. This article provides an overview of the background to the rise of robotic restaurants and highlights the importance of user experience in such restaurants. This paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of unmanned robot restaurant service design, including the current practice of service design and the research status of user experience. Through comparison and analysis, this paper points out the shortcomings and problems of the existing research, and provides directions for follow-up research and optimization suggestions for the design of robotic unmanned restaurant services, including specific measures to improve service quality and enhance user experience. At the same time, this paper also looks forward to the development trend of unmanned robots in the future, and also gives new ideas and directions for research in related fields.
