国内用户体验设计研究的文献计量可视化分析
Bibliometric Visual Analysis of Domestic User Experience Design Research

本文采用科学计量学方法，选择2002~2022年CSSCI引文索引数据库的相关文献为数据基础，在信息可视化软件CiteSpace的辅助下，对国内用户体验设计相关研究论文从文献特征、研究热点、路径演进和趋势等视角对其研究动态进行了图谱分析。结果表明：近二十年涉及用户体验设计研究的论文发表量呈现出显著的“平稳上升–波动下降”的数据趋势，2002~2022年的研究热点大体可分为设计方向、设计理念和应用场景这三类。未来在用户体验设计的相关研究中，研究重点将集中在人工智能、线上平台以及电子类产品等领域上，并且在全自动驾驶汽车、虚拟现实(VR)技术和增强现实(AR)技术等新兴技术领域也已有涉及。
Based on the scientometrics method, this paper selects the relevant literature from the CSSCI Citation Index database from 2002 to 2022 as the data basis, and with the assistance of the information visualization software CiteSpace, the research papers related to user experience design in China are analyzed from the perspectives of literature characteristics, research hotspots, path evolution and trends. The results show that the number of papers published in UX design research in the past two decades shows a significant data trend of “steady rise-fluctuation decline”, and the research hotspots from 2002 to 2022 can be roughly divided into three categories: design direction, design concept and application scenario. In the future, the research on user experience design will focus on artificial intelligence, online platforms, and electronic products, and has also been involved in emerging technologies such as fully autonomous vehicles, virtual reality (VR) technology, and augmented reality (AR) technology.
