基于焦虑自愈情境化为中心的系列海报设计研究

近年来，随着高等教育改革的深入，高校大学生所面临的矛盾和问题日趋增多，究其根源，有很多主客观原因，原因来自于社会、学校、家庭及学生自身等诸多方面。给高校学生造成了巨大的心理压力。其中最直接的表现方式就是焦虑的产生。为了研究上述问题，在对国内有关资料进行分析和研究的基础上，本研究通过问卷调查法，在山东建筑大学中收集了149份有效样本。结果表明：大学生的个人、社交、家庭等其他因素对大学生的焦虑问题均产生影响，尤其是大学生的“就业、社交、经济来源、学业提升”等问题对大学生焦虑的影响更为突出。基于此，本次研究以焦虑为主题，并通过海报的形式帮助大学生减轻心理焦虑情绪。正确引导大学生了解焦虑的本质是一种过度情绪，理性看待焦虑问题，在面对困难与挑战时，可以积极勇敢地应对，有法可寻的主动调整，是可以战胜一切心理问题的。
In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of higher education, the contradictions and problems faced by college students are increasing day by day, and there are many subjective and objective reasons for the root causes, which come from many aspects such as society, schools, families and students themselves. It has caused huge psychological pressure on college students. One of the most direct manifestations of this is anxiety. In order to study the aforementioned issue, based on the analysis and research of domestic relevant materials, this study collected 149 valid samples through questionnaire surveys at Shandong Jianzhu University. The results indicate that personal, social, family, and other factors of college students all have an impact on their anxiety issues, especially the problems related to “employment, social interaction, economic resources, and academic improvement” have a more prominent effect on college students’ anxiety. Based on this, this study takes anxiety as the theme and helps college students reduce their psychological anxiety in the form of posters. Correctly guide college students to understand that the essence of anxiety is an excessive emotion, look at anxiety rationally, and when facing difficulties and challenges, they can respond positively and bravely, and take the initiative to adjust in a way, which can overcome all psychological problems.
