共享经济模式下消费者知情权与选择权的实现路径

Abstract:
共享经济的迅猛发展对消费者的知情权和选择权保护提出了新的挑战,文章针对共享经济背景下消费者知情权与选择权保护问题进行研究,分析了共享经济模式下消费者知情权与选择权面临着信息不对称问题、虚假宣传与误导性信息、选择受限、隐私泄露风险等挑战,提出了加强信息披露与透明度、提升消费者教育与自我保护能力、完善法律法规与监管机制、强化平台责任与自律、推动技术创新与数据保护的路径,以确保消费者的知情权和选择权得到有效保护,从而有助于提升消费者信任,推动共享经济模式持续、稳定、繁荣地发展。
The rapid development of the sharing economy poses new challenges to the protection of consumers’ right to know and right to choose. This article delves into the issue of protecting consumers’ right to know and right to choose against the backdrop of the sharing economy. It analyzes the challenges faced by consumers’ right to know and right to choose in the sharing economy model, including information asymmetry, false advertising and misleading information, limited choices, and risks of privacy leakage. To ensure the effective protection of consumers’ right to know and right to choose, the article proposes several pathways: enhancing information disclosure and transparency, improving consumer education and self-protection capabilities, refining laws, regulations, and regulatory mechanisms, strengthening platform responsibility and self-discipline, and promoting technological innovation and data protection. These measures can help boost consumer trust and facilitate the sustained, stable, and prosperous development of the sharing economy model.
