This paper discusses the modernization development of juvenile judicial social work and the practical problems it faces, and analyzes the challenges such as uneven distribution of resources, insufficient legal and policy support and backward social concept. First of all, the paper starts with the practical problems of juvenile judicial social work, analyzes the current situation of the lack of resources and legal support, and points out the social cognitive deviation of juvenile judicial social work. Then, it outlines the new model of the modernization of juvenile judicial social work, including interdisciplinary cooperation, community participation and technology application, highlighting the advantages of modern means in improving service efficiency and coverage. Finally, the paper proposes specific coping strategies for the above problems, such as strengthening the integration of resources, improving the legal policy system and changing social concepts, so as to promote the further development of juvenile judicial social work.
