冲突–对话–矛盾：20世纪中国文学进城者形象的流变
Conflict-Dialogue-Contradiction: The Flux of the Image of the Newcomer in Chinese Literature in the Twentieth Century

纵观20世纪进城者形象的流变，见证了中国百年城乡变迁的历史。他们各自不同的遭际与命运也反映着不同时期社会的主要矛盾与时代动向。在此过程中，城乡之间的关系经历了从对抗性的冲突，到十七年期间城乡平等“共和”，再到新时期大量人群涌入城市的三种状态。新时期文学接续了现代文学对城市的罪恶化叙事，站在乡土本位的立场，表现勤劳、淳朴、善良的乡土人情人性。同时，它以一种悖论式的存在，表现了当代进城者“走不进城，也回不去乡”的真实生命状态，展现了城市化进程中人们心灵的矛盾纠葛。
Throughout the twentieth century, the changing image of those who went to the cities witnessed the history of urban and rural changes in China over the past hundred years. Their different encounters and destinies also reflect the major social conflicts and trends of the times. In this process, the relationship between urban and rural areas has gone through three states: from antagonistic conflict, to the “republic” of equality between urban and rural areas during the seventeen-year period, to the mass influx of people into the cities in the new period. The literature of the new period succeeded the modern literature’s sinful narrative of the city, and stood on the position of the vernacular, expressing the hardworking, simple and kind vernacular human nature. At the same time, with a paradoxical existence, it expresses the real state of life of the contemporary city dwellers who “cannot enter the city and cannot return to the countryside”, and shows the contradictions and entanglements of people’s hearts in the process of urbanization.
