专精特新中小企业与用户交互对迭代创新的影响研究——一个有调节的中介效应模型

Abstract:
本研究基于资源行动观和信息处理理论,引入资源编排作为中介变量,数智赋能作为调节变量,探究企业–用户交互对专精特新中小企业迭代创新的内在作用机制。基于290家专精特新中小企业调查数据进行层次回归分析,结果表明:1) 信息导向、任务导向和关系导向的企业–用户交互对专精特新中小企业迭代创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;2) 资源编排在企业–用户交互和专精特新中小企业迭代创新之间起部分中介作用;3) 数智赋能正向调节企业–用户交互与资源编排之间的关系;4) 数智赋能调节资源编排在企业–用户交互与专精特新中小企业迭代创新间的中介作用,即数智赋能程度越高,资源编排在两者之间的间接作用越强。
Based on Resource action view and information processing theory, this study introduced resource arrangement as the intermediary variable and data intelligence empowerment as the moderating variable to explore the internal mechanism of firm-user interaction on the iterative innovation of SRDI small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the survey data of 290 SRDI small and medium-sized enterprises, the hierarchical regression analysis shows that: 1) information-oriented, task-oriented and relationship-oriented firm-user interaction has a significant positive impact on the iterative innovation performance of SRDI small and medium-sized enterprises; 2) Resource orchestration plays a partial mediating role between firm-user interaction and the iterative innovation of SRDI small and medium-sized enterprises; 3) Digital intelligence positively regulates the relationship between user-enterprise interaction and resource orchestration; 4) Digital intelligence empowerment moderates the mediating effect of resource arrangement between user-enterprise interaction and the iterative innovation of SRDI small and medium-sized enterprises, that is, the higher the degree of digital intelligence enablement, the stronger the indirect effect of resource orchestration between them.
