彩礼返还财产纠纷法律问题研究

本文旨在对于给付彩礼后发生的一系列财产纠纷问题进行研究，财产纠纷因何产生，以及对于这一问题的解决方法。现今社会对于彩礼纠纷的处理大多判决不一，在解决问题时应根据地方习俗因地制宜，在符合法律规定的前提下给予各地法官一定的裁量权，吸取各地判决的先进之处，以期完善现行的彩礼返还财产纠纷解决机制。
The paper aims to study a series of property disputes arising after the bride price, why the property disputes arise, and the solution to this problem. At present, the society has made most of the decisions on the handling of bride price disputes. When solving problems, judges should give some discretion to local customs on the premise of meeting the law, draw on the advanced aspects of local judgments, and the current property dispute settlement mechanism for bride price return to property has been improved.
