乡村振兴战略视域下法治乡村建设路径研究
Research on the Path of Legal Rural Construction under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

法治乡村建设作为乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分，是全面推进依法治国的基础性工程。因此，在乡村振兴战略背景下研究法治乡村建设问题与优化策略，具有十分重要的现实意义。本文将从我国法治乡村建设的现状出发，分析法治乡村建设进程中存在着农村法律制度机制有待完善、农村法治工作专业型人才短缺、农村法律执行与监督机制缺失以及农民法律意识不强等问题，并提出针对性的对策建议，即加强法律法规的制定与执行、提升农村法治人才培养与队伍建设、强化法律执行与监督机制的建设、提高农民的法律知识与法治意识，以期为法治乡村建设提供参考，推进农村法治建设、维护农村社会稳定、实现农村高质量发展。
As an important part of the rural revitalization strategy, the construction of rural areas is a basic project to comprehensively promote the rule of law. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the problems and optimization strategies of legal rural construction under the background of rural revitalization strategy. This paper will start from the present situation of the rural construction of the rule of law in our country, the analysis of rural construction process of rural legal system mechanism remains to be perfect, the rural rule of law work professional talent shortage, rural law enforcement and supervision mechanism and farmers legal consciousness is not strong, and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions, namely strengthen the formulation and execution of laws and regulations, improve the rural rule of law talent training and team construction, strengthen the construction of the law enforcement and supervision mechanism, improve the farmers’ legal knowledge and the rule of law consciousness, in order to provide reference for the rule of law rural construction, we will promote the rule of law in rural areas, maintain rural social stability, and achieve high-quality rural development.
