老街新生：历史文化保护与城市更新的融合策略
New Life in Old Street: Integration Strategy of Historical and Cultural Protection and Urban Renewal

随着城市化进程的加快，一些老旧街区面临公共设施老化、功能落后、环境质量下降等问题。这些问题不仅降低了居民的生活质量，还制约着城市发展的潜力。本文基于城市更新背景，分析了国内外城市更新现状，提出了老旧街区改造的关键问题，包括资金问题、社区营造和公众参与、文化建筑保护等，并以广州永庆坊恩宁路中段的城市更新案例为例，梳理了老旧街区更新改造策略，旨在指导时代背景下我国老旧街区的景观改造活动。
With the acceleration of urbanization, some old blocks are faced with problems such as aging public facilities, backward functions and declining environmental quality. These problems not only reduce the quality of life of residents, but also restrict the potential of urban development. Based on the background of urban renewal, this paper analyzes the current situation of urban renewal at home and abroad, and puts forward the key issues of the renovation and transformation of old blocks, including funds, community construction and public participation, cultural architecture protection, etc., and takes the urban renewal case in the middle section of Enning Road, Yongqing Fang, Guangzhou as an example to sort out the renovation strategy of the case. The purpose is to guide the landscape transformation activities of old blocks in our country under the background of the times.
