Abstract:

当前我国青少年体质情况不容乐观,学生体质健康问题受到国家和社会各方面的重视,并采取一系列措施提高青少年体质,增进健康,大课间体育活动从开展至今因其内容丰富多样受到广大师生的喜爱。本文通过了解当前芜湖市小学大课间体育活动的开展状况,主要包括学生、师资情况、大课间体育活动的项目内容、组织形式、监督管理、场地器材、大课间体育活动的认知情况等。分析影响芜湖市小学大课间体育活动开展的因素,提出提高场地器材的利用率,加大体育专项经费的利用率,加强师资队伍的建设提高师生对大课间体育活动的认知水平。转变教师在体育教学中的工作态度,优化学生参与大课间体育活动的动机。优化大课间体育活动组织形式,丰富大课间体育活动内容。
The current physical condition of young people in China is not optimistic, and the issue of students’ physical health has received attention from various aspects of the country and society. A series of measures have been taken to improve the physical fitness and health of young people. Since its launch, sports activities during breaks have been loved by teachers and students due to their rich and diverse content. This article aims to understand the current status of physical activities during the break between classes in primary schools in Wuhu City, including the situation of students and teachers, the content, organizational form, supervision and management, venue and equipment, and the cognitive situation of physical activities during the break. We analyze the factors that affect the implementation of physical activities during the break time in primary schools in Wuhu City, propose to improve the utilization rate of venues and equipment, increase the utilization rate of sports special funds, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and enhance the cognitive level of teachers and students towards physical activities during the break time. Transform teachers’ work attitude in physical education teaching and optimize students’ motivation to participate in sports activities during breaks. We optimize the organizational form of sports activities during break time and enrich the content of sports activities during break time.
