俄语法律文本翻译方法探析

Abstract:
随着中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系的不断深化，两国之间的法律交流日益频繁，俄语法律文本的翻译需求也随之增加。由于法律文本的特殊性，其翻译工作面临着诸多挑战。本文以俄语法律文本为研究对象，通过分析其特点，结合法律文本翻译原则，探索俄语法律文本翻译方法，以期为俄语法律文本翻译提供借鉴。
With the deepening of China-Russia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, legal exchanges between the two countries have become more and more frequent, and the demand for translation of Russian legal texts has also increased. Due to the special characteristics of legal texts, their translation faces many challenges. This paper takes Russian legal text as the object of study, explores the method of translating Russian legal text by analyzing its characteristics and combining the principles of legal text translation, with a view to providing reference for the translation of Russian legal text.
