公共卫生事件后景区的恢复与发展——以肇庆市七星岩景区为例

Abstract:
本文以肇庆市七星岩景区为例,探讨公共卫生事件后景区的恢复与发展。七星岩景区逐步恢复开放,进行了升级改造,包括建设生态停车场、改善厕所设施、引入智能化管理系统等,并注重文化与生态保护,采取多项措施促进旅游市场回暖。但景区存在数字化服务不足、旅游产品同质化严重、文化体验深度不够以及旅游服务质量存在差异等问题。对此,提出强化数字化服务建设、创新旅游产品和服务、深化文化体验以及提升服务质量等建议,以促使景区更快恢复与发展。
This paper takes Qixingyan Scenic Spot of Zhaoqing City as an example to discuss the restoration and development of the scenic spot in the post-epidemic period. Qixingyan Scenic Spot has been gradually reopened and upgraded, including building ecological parking lots, improving toilet facilities, introducing intelligent management systems, etc., and paying attention to cultural and ecological protection, and taking a number of measures to promote the recovery of the tourism market. However, there are some problems in scenic spots, such as insufficient digital services, serious homogenization of tourism products, insufficient depth of cultural experience and differences in tourism service quality. In this regard, suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of digital services, innovate tourism products and services, deepen cultural experience and improve service quality, so as to promote the faster recovery and development of scenic spots.
