大中小学法治教育内容一体化研究

Abstract:
大中小学法治教育内容一体化的研究对于落实全面依法治国,构建完善法治教育体系,培养学生的法治思维具有重要意义。文章基于对大中小学课程教材的分析,从理论维度和时间维度分析大中小学法治教育内容一体化的衔接现状,从完善师资队伍建设、构建交流平台,健全保障机制等方面提出建议,以期有针对性地推进大中小学法治教育一体化进程。
The research on the integration of legal education content across primary, middle, and higher education institutions holds profound significance for the implementation of the comprehensive strategy of governing the country according to law, the establishment of a robust legal education system, and the cultivation of students’ legal mindset. This study, grounded in an analysis of curricula and textbooks across these educational levels, examines the current state of integration of legal education content from both theoretical and temporal perspectives. It delves into the design principles of integration and organizes the educational objectives at each stage. Furthermore, the paper advances suggestions for enhancing the development of the teaching faculty, constructing communication platforms, and refining safeguard mechanisms, aiming to more precisely propel the process of integrating legal education across primary, middle, and higher education institutions.
