新时代高校工会维权与服务的着力点研究

新时代背景下，为应对高校教职工更加多元化的权益需求，强化维权与服务职能，文章以工会的发展及其职能的新发展为切入点，深入剖析了高校工会在维权工作与服务工作中面临的现实问题，包括维权意识薄弱、维权能力不足、维权机制不完善以及服务质量不高、服务意识不强等，并深刻剖析了这些问题的成因。在此基础上，文章进一步探讨了高校工会在新时代背景下的发展路径，提出了通过加强法律培训、完善组织结构和维权机制、优化服务流程、丰富服务形式等策略，以提升工会的维权能力和服务质量，确保教职工的多元化权益需求得到有效满足，增强教职工的获得感、幸福感和安全感，推动高校工会向更加高效、专业、贴近教职工需求的方向发展。
In the context of the new era, in order to respond to the more diversified rights and interests needs of college faculty and staff, and strengthen the rights protection and service functions, this paper takes the development of trade unions and the new development of their functions as the starting point, and deeply analyzes the practical problems faced by college trade unions in rights protection and service work, including weak awareness of rights protection, insufficient ability to protect rights, imperfect rights protection mechanism, low service quality and weak service awareness, etc., and deeply analyzes the causes of these problems. On this basis, this paper further discusses the development path of university trade unions in the context of the new era, and puts forward strategies such as strengthening legal training, improving organizational structure and rights protection mechanism, optimizing service processes, and enriching service forms, so as to improve the rights protection ability and service quality of trade unions, ensure that the diversified rights and interests of faculty and staff are effectively met, enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of faculty and staff, and promote the development of university trade unions in a more efficient, professional and close to the needs of faculty and staff.
