Abstract:

心理学是一门实践性极强的学科,其通过各种作用机制影响着社会生活的方方面面,社会责任是企业发展与社会进步的必然要求,培育企业的社会责任离不开心理学考量。从价值逻辑来看,培育民营企业社会责任具有重要的经济价值、生态价值、社会价值。从作用机制来看,心理学既可以赋能民营企业社会责任培育的认知机制、情感机制与行为意向机制,也对提升民营企业履责能力具有重要影响。从实践路径来看,心理学视域下民营企业社会责任的培育可从认知加强、情感影响和行为倡导三个方面展开。
Psychology is a highly practical discipline that influences all aspects of social life through various mechanisms. Social responsibility is an inevitable requirement for the development of enterprises and social progress, and cultivating corporate social responsibility cannot be separated from the discipline of psychology. From the perspective of value logic, cultivating social responsibility of private enterprises has important economic value, ecological value, and social value; from the perspective of its mechanism of action, psychology can not only empower the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral intention mechanisms for cultivating social responsibility in private enterprises, but also have an important impact on enhancing the ability of private enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities; from a practical perspective, the cultivation of social responsibility in private enterprises from a psychological perspective can be carried out from three aspects: cognitive strengthening, emotional influence, and behavioral advocacy.
