艺术疗愈：高校陶瓷艺术在心理健康中的实证研究

Abstract:
为分析陶瓷艺术的应用在高校艺术心理治疗中的可行性，探讨陶瓷艺术在美育中的优势所在，本文将高校心理关注对象作为研究对象，以陶瓷艺术作为心理治疗的方法，采用实证研究法进行分析和验证，发挥陶瓷艺术在团体心理咨询和健康心理咨询中的作用。在心理治疗过程中，以陶瓷艺术为媒介，有利于开展美育教学工作，并拓展高校心理治疗的方法。
In this paper, in order to analyze the feasibility of the application of ceramic art in college art and psychological therapy and explore the advantages of ceramic art in aesthetic education, the psychological attention objects in colleges and universities are used as the object of research, and ceramic art is used as a method of psychotherapy, and an empirical research method is used to analyze and verify, giving play to the role of ceramic art in group psychological counseling and health counseling. During the psychotherapy process, using ceramic art as a medium is conducive to carrying out the teaching of aesthetic education and expanding the methods of psychotherapy in colleges and universities.
