Abstract:

本文旨在探讨大学生篮球运动员的饮食习惯和需求,分析篮球运动的专项特点、能量特点以及营养补充,针对大学生运动员不合理的膳食原因提出改善建议,为篮球运动员的合理膳食营养提供参考。
This paper aims to explore the dietary habits and demands of college basketball players, analyze the specific features, energy characteristics and nutritional supplements of basketball, and put forward improvement suggestions for the unreasonable diet reasons of college athletes, so as to provide references for the rational dietary nutrition of basketball players.
