双金属中心NiZn-ZIF-8合成及其光催化染料降解性能研究

Abstract:
采用室温搅拌法制备ZIF-8,并用Ni取代原金属中心Zn,合成不同比例双金属中心NiZn-ZIF-8。通过XRD、DRS、FT-IR、SEM对其进行理化性能表征。探究其对大分子有机染料(亚甲基蓝(20 mg/L)、罗丹明B (20 mg/L)、甲基橙(20 mg/L))可见光光催化降解性能。实验结果表明:NiZn-ZIF-8较ZIF-8对大分子染料有较好的可见光光催化性能,其中NiZn-ZIF-8对罗丹明B和亚甲基蓝的光催化降解效率优于甲基橙的光催化降解率。
ZIF-8 was prepared by the room temperature stirring method, and the original metal center Zn was replaced with Ni to synthesize NiZn-ZIF-8 with different proportions of bimetallic centers. A series of characterization methods (XRD, DRS, FT-IR, SEM) were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of the synthesized materials. The visible-light photocatalytic degradation performance of these materials for macromolecular organic dyes (methylene blue (20 mg/L), rhodamine B (20 mg/L), methyl orange (20 mg/L)) was investigated. The experimental results show that NiZn-ZIF-8 has better visible-light photocatalytic performance for macromolecular dyes compared with ZIF-8. Among them, the photocatalytic degradation efficiencies of NiZn-ZIF-8 for rhodamine B and methylene blue are superior for methyl orange.
