乡村振兴背景下农村财务管理存在的问题及其对策
Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Financial Management under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进，越来越多的惠农政策和专项资金进入了农村地区，而农村地区落后的财务管理则给乡村振兴的进程造成了一定阻碍。文章首先阐述了乡村振兴战略背景下农村财务管理的作用，其次又提出了农村财务管理制度不健全、财务管理信息化程度不高、财政专项资金监管不到位、财务管理人员素质不高的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了健全财务管理制度、推广信息化技术、多环节加强专项资金监管、提高农村财务管理人员素质的解决方案，以提高农村地区财务管理水平，助力乡村振兴目标的实现。
With the continuous progress of the rural revitalization strategy, an increasing number of agricultural policies and special funds are flowing into rural areas. However, rural financial management has posed certain obstacles to the rural revitalization process. This paper initially elaborates on the function of rural financial management within the context of the rural revitalization strategy. Subsequently, it puts forward solutions such as improving the financial management system, strengthening the supervision of special funds at multiple stages, facilitating the application of information technology, and enhancing the quality of rural financial management personnel, aiming to raise the level of rural financial management and contribute to the achievement of rural revitalization goals.
