GDM患者孕期保胎非药物控制血糖的临床思考

Abstract:
随着妊娠合并肥胖患者人数的增加,妊娠期糖尿病患者在逐年攀升,孕期血糖控制关系母儿安全,而妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期保胎过程中除使用胰岛素降低血糖的同时,如何通过饮食及运动控糖,则容易被忽视,本文阐述在此期间如何经过合理饮食和局部大肌肉群活动,促进葡萄糖代谢,为GDM患者孕期卧床保胎期间控糖提供新思路。
With the increase in the number of gestational patients with obesity, the number of gestational diabetes patients is also rising rapidly, and blood glucose control during pregnancy is related to the safety of mothers and children. In addition to using insulin to lower blood sugar during pregnancy, how to control glucose through diet and exercise in gestational diabetes mellitus patients is easy to be ignored. This article provides new ideas for glucose control during bed rest and fetal protection in GDM patients from the perspective of how to promote glucose metabolism through reasonable diet and local large muscle group activities.
