基于脑神理论探讨“调神法”治疗神经性耳鸣
Exploring the Method of “Regulating Spirit” in the Treatment of Neuronal Tinnitus Based on the Theory of Brain Spirit

神经性耳鸣是一种临床常见的疾病，发病趋势逐年递增，对患者的工作生活造成了严重的影响。既往常以脏腑辨证为基础治疗耳鸣，如疏肝以通利耳窍、补肾以充养耳脉等，但随着耳鸣这类神志病发病率及其危害的日益凸显，从神论治提供了一条新的辨证思路。在中医体系里神可分为脑神、五脏神、心神等，其中脑为元神之府，是一切生命活动的主宰。故本文从脑神入手去探讨脑神与五脏神、心神等在治疗神经性耳鸣中的作用，以期对该病的临床研究提供依据。
Nervous tinnitus is a common disease in clinic, the incidence trend is increasing year by year, which has a serious impact on the work and life of patients. The usual treatment of tinnitus is based on zang fu syndrome differentiation, such as soothing the liver to lithe ear orifice, tonifying the kidney to fill the ear pulse and so on, however, with the increasing incidence and harm of such mental diseases as tinnitus, this paper provides a new dialectical way of thinking from God’s theory of treatment. In the traditional Chinese medicine system, God can be divided into brain God, five viscera God, mind, etc. Among them, brain is the house of Yuan God and the master of all life activities. Therefore, this article discusses the role of brain God, five viscera God and mind in the treatment of neuronal tinnitus, in order to provide a basis for clinical research of the disease.
