电子商务背景下消费者隐私权保护的法律与实践挑战

Abstract:
当前,电子商务行业迅速发展,网购消费者的个人信息泄露风险加剧。相比线下消费,个人信息在电商环境中更易被非法获取和滥用,且危害性更大。随着科技的进步,消费者隐私权受侵害的现象频发。因此,有必要明确电商平台在用户信息收集和使用中的责任,规范其信息保密和保护义务,同时确保在信息使用不当或保护缺失时承担法律责任。通过构建完善的消费者隐私保护体系,以应对数字化时代的新要求。
Currently, the e-commerce industry is rapidly developing, and the risk of personal information leakage for online shoppers is increasing. Compared to offline consumption, personal information is more easily illegally obtained and abused in the e-commerce environment, and the harm is greater. With the progress of technology, consumer privacy rights are frequently violated. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of e-commerce platforms in collecting and using user information, standardize their information confidentiality and protection obligations, and ensure that they bear legal responsibility when information use is improper or protection is lacking. By building a comprehensive consumer privacy protection system, we can meet the new requirements of the digital age.
