基于系统论的历史文化街区更新策略研究——以南京老门东为例
A Study on Historical and Cultural Street Renewal Strategy Based on Systems Theory—Taking Nanjing Laomendong as an Example

近年来我国城市建设的节奏逐步放缓，旧城改造成为了建设重点，历史文化街区作为旧城更新中城市文脉的主要载体，具有重要的文化价值与社会意义。本文主要研究基于系统论的历史文化街区更新设计，以南京老门东历史文化街区为例，通过实地调研，梳理核心要素，提出老门东存在的问题，探讨老门东历史文化街区系统要素整合更新策略，以期为之后开展的文化街区更新工作提供一定参考。
In recent years, the pace of urban construction in China has gradually slowed down, and urban renewal has become the focus of construction. As the main carrier of urban heritage in the old city renovation, historical and cultural street districts have important cultural value and social significance. This paper mainly studies the systematic renovation design of historical and cultural street districts based on system theory, taking the Old South Gate East Historical and Cultural Street District in Nanjing as an example. Through on-site investigation, the core elements are sorted out, and the problems existing in the Old South Gate East Historical and Cultural Street District are discussed. The paper explores the systematic integration and renovation strategy of the core elements of the Old South Gate East Historical and Cultural Street District, with the aim of providing some reference for the subsequent cultural street district renovation work.
