党和国家高度重视人口老龄化问题，于2024年1月印发了《国务院办公厅关于发展银发经济增进老年人福祉的意见》，其中明确指出优化老年健康服务。老龄健康产业能为优化老年健康服务提供物质保障，新时代推动其高质量发展既符合国家战略要求，又能提升老年人的幸福感和满足感。但当前老龄健康产业仍存在资金流、人才、技术等问题，因此要从政策扶持、人才培养和资源整合方面探索新时代老龄健康产业高质量发展的路径，旨在为新时代老龄健康产业注入新的活力。
