乡村振兴背景下农村养老问题研究及对策分析
Research and Countermeasures Analysis on Rural Elderly Care Problems in the Context of Rural Revitalization

随着我国城市化和老龄化步伐的加速推进，农村地区面临的养老挑战日趋显著。乡村振兴战略是推动乡村全面振兴、加速农业农村现代化的核心驱动力，这一战略为应对农村养老难题开辟了新路径，有效回应了农村老年人对于养老服务的迫切需求。文章从分析我国农村养老的主要模式出发，在当前社会背景下深入探究农村养老领域面临的诸多挑战，聚焦于农村养老观念变迁、农村养老服务公共设施滞后以及多元化养老服务供给不足等问题，以期望提出切实可行的解决方案，并从根本上增强农村地区的养老服务品质与效能。
With the accelerating pace of urbanization and aging in China, the challenges of elderly care in rural areas are becoming increasingly significant. The rural revitalization strategy is the core driving force to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. This strategy opens up new paths to deal with the challenges of rural elderly care and effectively responds to the urgent demand for elderly care services for the rural elderly. This paper starts by analyzing the main patterns of rural elderly care in China, and probes into the challenges in rural elderly care in the current social context, focusing on the change in rural elderly care concepts, the lagging of public facilities for rural elderly care services, and the insufficient supply of diversified elderly care services, with the hope of proposing feasible and practical solutions, and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of elderly care services in the rural areas from the ground up.
