星状神经节阻滞在颈动脉内膜剥脱术中的应用

Abstract:
星状神经节阻滞(SGB)是一种常见的神经阻滞技术,主要用于治疗与神经系统功能紊乱相关的疾病,如复杂的局部疼痛综合征和外周血管疾病。近年来,大量研究表明,SGB可以通过多种途径调节脑血管运动神经功能、缓解血管痉挛、增加脑血流速度,从而有效保护患者的神经功能。本文就SGB在颈动脉内膜剥脱术(CEA)中的应用作一综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。
Stellate ganglion block (SGB) is a common neuroblocking technique primarily used to treat diseases associated with neurological dysfunction, such as complex regional pain syndrome and peripheral vascular diseases. In recent years, a substantial body of research has demonstrated that SGB can regulate cerebral vascular autonomic function, alleviate vasospasm, and increase cerebral blood flow velocity through various pathways, thereby effectively protecting the patient’s neurological function. This article provides a review of the application of SGB in carotid endarterectomy (CEA), aiming to offer clinical insights for its potential use.
