新时代大学生劳动教育度量空间的三维逻辑:精准分层、镜像隐喻、互嵌共治

Abstract:
新时代高职院校应高度重视劳动教育,将其纳入教学计划,通过多样化的教学方式和实践活动,提高学生的劳动技能和劳动素养,为他们的未来发展奠定坚实基础。但劳动教育理论与实践在课程内容、师资队伍、评价体系等方面存在不足,需要通过劳动教育的度量空间构建三维逻辑框架,即精准分层、镜像隐喻和互嵌共治,通过对劳动教育度量空间的三维逻辑分析,助力实现劳动教育的个性化与差异化,提升高职学生的自我认知能力和团队协作能力,旨在为大学生劳动教育提供更加科学、系统、全面的指导。
In the new era, higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to labor education, incorporate it into the teaching plan, improve students’ labor skills and labor quality through diversified teaching methods and practical activities, and lay a solid foundation for their future development. But labor education theory and practice in the course content, teachers, evaluation system, need through the labor education measurement space build three-dimensional logic framework, namely, precise stratification, mirror metaphor and co-governance, through three-dimensional logic analysis of labor education measurement space, help realize the personalized and differentiation of labor education, improve higher vocational students’ self-cognitive ability and team cooperation ability, aiming to provide more scientific, systematic and comprehensive guidance for college students’ labor education.
