踝管综合征中西医治疗研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Ankle Tunnel Syndrome

踝管综合征是现在常见的一种外周神经疾病，主要是因为踝管内的胫后神经或其终末支受压迫而导致的一类疾病。随着临床研究及治疗的不断深入，踝管综合征的治疗方法不断优化。踝管综合征若不及时治疗，后期可出现局部和足底放射性疼痛、麻木。因此选择个体化的治疗方式，加快功能恢复，提高患者的生活质量，是目前治疗这个疾病的重点。此文将从踝管解剖结构、治疗方式及中医药认识等多个方面作一研究，为踝管综合征的治疗提供一些思路。
Ankle tunnel syndrome is a common peripheral nerve disease, mainly caused by compression of the posterior tibial nerve or its terminal branches within the ankle tunnel. With the continuous deepening of clinical research and treatment, the treatment methods for ankle tunnel syndrome are constantly being optimized. If ankle tunnel syndrome is not treated in a timely manner, local and plantar radiation pain and numbness may occur in the later stage. Therefore, choosing personalized treatment methods to accelerate functional recovery and improve patients’ quality of life is currently the focus of treating this disease. This article will conduct research from multiple aspects such as the anatomical structure of the ankle canal, treatment methods, and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine, providing some ideas for the treatment of ankle canal syndrome.
