基于乡村振兴背景下的农家乐餐厅空间设计——以三门峡新坪村为例
Design of Agritainment Restaurant Space Based on the Background of Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of Xinping Village, Sanmenxia

随着现代都市生活的加快，越来越多的人选择回归自然，以寻求精神上的宁静和释放压力。乡村旅游尤其是“农家乐”的发展受到国家政策的大力支持，其与乡村振兴战略紧密结合。本文以三门峡新坪村为例，结合当地的旅游景区和农家乐发展现状，深入调研该村的房屋建筑设计情况，发现传统民居在室内外设计规范、功能分区及规划方面存在不足。通过对该地区4号房屋建筑进行案例研究，本文设计出适应乡村振兴战略的农家乐餐厅改造方案，并通过实际调研验证该设计的可行性。结果表明，创新的空间规划与乡土文化结合有助于提升农家乐的吸引力和经济效益，从而推动乡村旅游的可持续发展。本文的研究对其他地区农家乐设计具有一定的参考价值。
With the acceleration of modern urban life, more and more people choose to return to nature in search of spiritual peace and release of stress. The development of rural tourism, especially “farmhouse tourism”, is strongly supported by national policies and closely integrated with the rural revitalization strategy. This article takes Xinping Village in Sanmenxia as an example, and combines the local tourist attractions and the development status of rural tourism to conduct in-depth research on the design of the village’s housing buildings. It is found that traditional residential buildings have shortcomings in terms of indoor and outdoor design standards, functional zoning, and planning. Through a case study of Building No. 4 in the area, this article designs a rural tourism restaurant renovation plan that adapts to the rural revitalization strategy, and verifies the feasibility of the design through actual research. The results indicate that innovative spatial planning combined with local culture can help enhance the attractiveness and economic benefits of rural tourism, thereby promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism. This study has certain reference value for the design of rural tourism in other regions.
