城市更新背景下高校老校区遗产保护与改造探索研究
Exploration and Research on Heritage Protection and Renovation of Old Campuses of Colleges and Universities under the Background of Urban Renewal

在快速城市化的背景下，高校老校区作为重要的历史文化遗产，面临着被拆除或不当改造的风险。本文探讨了在城市更新过程中，如何在保留历史价值的前提下，对老校区进行功能性的改造与升级，实现其可持续利用。通过国内外高校老校区改造的案例分析，结合建筑修复、功能再利用和文化传承的保护策略，本文提出了一系列符合现代发展需求的遗产保护与改造路径，旨在探索高校老校区保护与城市现代化的平衡，实现文化遗产与现代功能的有机结合。
In the context of rapid urbanization, old university campuses, as important historical and cultural heritage, are at risk of being demolished or improperly renovated. This paper discusses how to renovate and upgrade the functionality of the old campus in the process of urban renewal under the premise of preserving its historical value, so as to achieve its sustainable use. Based on the case studies of the renovation of old campuses at home and abroad, combined with the protection strategies of building restoration, functional reuse and cultural inheritance, this paper proposes a series of heritage protection and renovation paths that meet the needs of modern development, aiming to explore the balance between the protection of old campuses and urban modernization, and realize the organic combination of cultural heritage and modern functions.
