城市开发区生产性更新设计策略研究

Abstract:
食物在城市可持续发展中发挥着重要的作用,而城市食物系统寇待转型,面临严峻挑战。同时,城市开发区在食物供给方面依赖外部输送,食物系统抗击阻碍能力更为脆弱。在此情景下开始从城市本土化生产方面着手解决问题,但目前我国处于“存量更新”阶段,难以从土地增量扩张来解决食物供应问题,对于地区进行生产性更新成为一种解决策略。本文以城市开发区为例,梳理目前生产性城市更新方向的理论内容,并从提高食物供给量及食物效率两方面,以生产性绿色基础设施、食物系统规划、生产性景观及公众参与四方面,总结了适合开发区的生产性更新策略,以期对我国城市开展生产性更新研究提供参考。
Food plays an important role in the sustainable development of cities, but the urban food system needs to be transformed and faces serious challenges. At the same time, urban development zones are dependent on external delivery of food supplies, and the food system is more vulnerable to obstacles. In this scenario, we begin to solve the problem from the aspect of urban localization production, but at present, China is in the stage of “stock renewal”, it is difficult to solve the problem of food supply from the incremental expansion of land, and productive renewal of regions has become a solution strategy. Taking urban development zones as an example, this paper reviews the theoretical content of the current productive urban renewal direction, and summarizes the productive renewal strategies suitable for development zones from the aspects of improving food supply and food efficiency, productive green infrastructure, food system planning, productive landscape and public participation, in order to provide references for the research on productive renewal in Chinese cities.
