Abstract:

本文以体育强国为背景,针对高职学生身体素养的现状,运用文献资料法、调查法,探讨健美操运动对提升高职学生身体素养的价值,并提出提升高职学生身体素养的路径。健美操运动不仅能提高学生的体育认知水平,还能提高学生学习兴趣及体育活动参与度,同时发展学生的各项身体素质,提升学生身体能力。通过提高课堂教学质量、强化课外体育锻炼及构建良好的校园体育文化可促进高职学生身体素养水平的提高。
Based on the background of a leading sporting nation, this paper discusses the value of calisthenics in improving the physical literacy of higher vocational students by using the literature method and the survey method, and proposes the path to improve the physical literacy of higher vocational students. Calisthenics can not only improve students’ sports cognition, but also improve students’ interest in learning and participation in sports activities, and at the same time develop students’ physical fitness and improve students’ physical ability. By improving the quality of classroom teaching, strengthening extracurricular physical exercise, and building a good campus sports culture, the physical literacy level of higher vocational students can be improved.
