积极应对人口老龄化背景下高校开展老年教育的挑战与路径研究
Research on the Challenges and Paths of Universities Carrying out Elderly Education in Response to the Background of Population Aging

大力发展老年教育是积极应对人口老龄化、实现教育现代化、建设学习型社会的重要举措。本文分析了我国高校开展老年教育面临的挑战：发展规模和资源不均衡、教学内容和方法单一、师资队伍建设仍待完善、思想观念存在误区，提出了我国高校开展老年教育的路径，以期为我国积极应对人口老龄化背景下扩大老年教育供给、高质量发展老年教育提供有益参考。
Vigorously developing elderly education is an important measure to actively respond to population aging, achieve educational modernization, and build a learning society. This article analyzes the challenges faced by Chinese universities in carrying out elderly education, including uneven development scale and resources, single teaching content and methods, incomplete construction of teaching staff, and misconceptions in ideological concepts. It proposes a path for Chinese universities to carry out elderly education, in order to provide useful references for China to expand the supply of elderly education and develop high-quality elderly education under the background of actively responding to population aging.
