新时代社区居家养老服务体系存在的问题及对策研究
Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Community Home Care Service System in the New Era

随着我国老龄化程度不断加深，社区居家养老作为一种现代化的养老方式，在能够有效地提高养老服务质量、降低养老成本的同时，也是我国积极应对人口老龄化、不断满足老年群体多元化的养老需求、推动社会和谐发展的有效途径。但当前我国社区居家养老服务体系中存在着社会参与度不高、专业人才队伍缺失、管理体制不健全等问题，基于此，本文提出了加大社会力量参与度、加强人才队伍建设、明确主体责任等对策，以期能够不断提升社区居家养老服务的质量和水平，为老年人提供更为优良的养老服务。
With the deepening of aging in China, community home care, as a modern way to provide for the elderly care, can effectively improve the quality of the elderly care service and reduce the cost of the elderly care, and is also an effective way for China to actively deal with the aging of the population, constantly meet the diversified needs of the elderly groups and promote the harmonious development of society. However, there are some problems in the current community home care service system in China, such as low social participation, lack of professional talent team, and imperfect management system. Based on this, this paper puts forward countermeasures such as increasing social participation, strengthening talent team construction, and clarifying main responsibilities, so as to continuously improve the quality and level of community home care service and provide better elderly care services for the elderly.
