乡村振兴背景下我国农村可持续养老模式的路径研究
Study on Paths of Sustainable Rural Pension Model in China in the Context of Rural Revitalization

随着人口老龄化问题在我国农村越来越突出，构建多层次的养老保障体系，提升农村养老服务质量与整体水平，促进农村可持续养老，成为我国农村当前发展亟需解决的关键问题。在乡村振兴战略背景下，本文阐述五种养老模式，分析农村可持续养老模式的支撑体系和发展趋势，指出当前农村养老模式存在的问题，并提出强化家庭养老功能、加大养老设施和资源投入、完善社会保障体系、规范养老服务市场、丰富精神文化生活等路径，以期促进我国农村可持续养老模式的发展。
As the problem of population aging becomes more and more prominent in China’s rural areas, the construction of a multi-level pension security system, the enhancement of the quality and overall level of rural pension services, and the promotion of sustainable rural pension have become the key issues that need to be urgently resolved in China’s rural areas in the context of the countryside’s current development. In this paper, in the context of the rural revitalization strategy, five pension models are elaborated, the support system and development trend of the sustainable rural pension model are analyzed, the problems existing in the current rural pension model are pointed out, and the paths of strengthening the family’s pension function, increasing the input of pension facilities and resources, perfecting the social security system, regulating the pension service market, and enriching the spiritual and cultural life are proposed with a view to promoting the development of the sustainable rural pension model in China.
