生态系统理论视角下社会工作介入失独家庭养老困境研究
A Study on the Elderly Care Dilemma of the Childless Families from the Perspective of Ecosystem Theory in Social Work Intervention

近期，社会越来越关注失独群体，失独家庭由于其独特的境遇逐渐成为社会治理和社工服务的重点服务对象。失独家庭正经历着包括家庭关系紧张、精神负担沉重、经济压力巨大以及社交孤立等多重挑战。为了有效应对这些挑战，需要政府和社会各界的广泛支持和保障。本文以生态系统理论为基础，从微观、中观、外观和宏观四个维度深入剖析失独家庭养老所面临的困境。在该理论的指导下，失独家庭面临的养老问题并不限于失独事件本身，而是与多个系统层面相联系。本文将从社交互动、社会参与、公众意识、社区支持和政策层面等方面探讨社会工作介入失独家庭的策略。
In recent years, the childless group has gradually attracted widespread attention, and the childless families have become an important service object of social governance and social work due to their uniqueness. The childless families are facing multiple challenges, including tense family relationships, heavy emotional burdens, huge economic pressure, and social isolation. In order to effectively address these challenges, it is necessary to have extensive support and guarantees from the government and various sectors of society. Based on the ecosystem theory, this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by the elderly care in the childless families from the micro, meso, external, and macro perspectives. Under the framework of this theory, the difficulties faced by the childless families are not only related to the event of losing their only child, but also related to various system levels. This paper discusses strategies for social work intervention in the childless family from the perspectives of interpersonal communication, social participation, public perception, community support, and policy measures.
