老龄化背景下社区老年教育高质量发展路径研究
Research on High-Quality Development Path of Community Education for the Elderly under the Background of Aging

老年教育是一种综合性的教育活动，它不仅关注老年人的智力发展，也关心他们的情感和身体健康，以及他们在社会中的角色和活动。当前，老年教育需求是多元的，从娱乐休闲向多维度全面发展转变；并且存在资源配置不均衡、地域差异显著的状况，相关政策法规为老年教育提供了一定的支持和保障。面对老年人日益增长的美好生活需要、自我价值实现、良好互助社交需求，研究老年教育的高质量发展路径有其必要性。笔者认为，应当通过提升师资力量，动态调整课程体系，开展特色需求课程，以期不断推进老年教育事业的更好发展。
Education for the elderly is a comprehensive educational activity that focuses not only on the intellectual development of the elderly, but also on their emotional and physical health, as well as their roles and activities in society. At present, the education needs of the elderly are diversified, from entertainment to multi-dimensional comprehensive development; moreover, there are unbalanced resource allocation and significant regional differences, and relevant policies and regulations provide certain support and guarantee for elderly education. In the face of the growing needs of the elderly for a better life, self-worth realization and good mutual assistance and social needs, it is necessary to study the high-quality development path of education for the elderly. The author believes that we should improve the teaching staff, dynamically adjust the curriculum system, and carry out the courses with special needs, in order to continuously promote the better development of education for the elderly.
