白癜风是一种常见的后天性色素脱失性皮肤黏膜皮肤病，易诊难治。其病机以气血失和，脉络瘀阻为主，但临床部分患者病机以脾肾阳虚为本。机体脾肾阳虚，各种致病因素乘虚而入，导致气血失和，肌肤失于濡养而出现色素脱失而成白癜风。则，从脾肾两脏温补阳气，阳气充足，经络得通，气血得以运行至周身肌表，则肌肤得有温煦，白斑自消。
Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin and mucosal skin disease, which is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat. The pathogenesis is mainly due to the disharmony of qi and blood and the obstruction of the veins, but the pathogenesis of some patients is based on spleen and kidney yang deficiency. The body’s spleen and kidney are deficient, and various pathogenic factors take advantage of the deficiency to enter, resulting in the loss of qi and blood, and the skin is lost in nourishment and depigmentation becomes vitiligo. Then, from the spleen and kidney organs to warm and replenish yang qi, the yang qi is sufficient, the meridians are cleared, and the qi and blood can run to the surface of the surrounding muscles, then the skin must be warm and the white spots will disappear by itself.
