Interior Space Design of the Cultural Service Center in Beishuangwang Village, Jinan

随着社会经济发展的步伐不断加快，我国已经步入城镇化转型发展新阶段。如何更好地服务于人、设计为人是一个值得深思的问题，“从村镇发展变迁出发，梳理村镇发展历程和功能空间变迁，面向现代村镇各方面特征的异同，归纳现今村镇的发展模式，从而进一步明确村镇宜居性概念、分析村镇人居环境特点。”其中，村镇文化服务中心作为村落物质生活和精神文化生活的载体，有着不可或缺的重要地位。尤其是一些历史文化悠久的村镇，它的自然空间要素、人文活动要素、以及本土发展要素与当地村民的生活息息相关。如何使这些要素更好地适应现代化乡村发展需求，同时提高村镇文化服务设施质量，促进村镇文化、服务等多方位和谐发展。基于此，以济南北双王村镇为研究对象，将更加全面的现代化设计策略引入村镇文化服务中心设计中，从而实现该村镇文化服务中心在经济、文化、社会等多方面的协调发展。本方案从原有建筑的基础上进行改造设计，通过对原有建筑外观以及内部空间的布置来满足服务中心的基础需求等目标，建造集展示空间、活动空间、阅读空间、娱乐空间为一体的文化服务中心。通过对细部的处理，不同功能空间的划分等打造了一个充满现代化与乡土韵味相结合的村镇文化服务中心。同时通过划分不同空间，将原本没有关联的空间打通，使空间更加灵活，体现出设计的多样化与一体化，更好地满足人们的需求。
With the accelerating pace of socio-economic development, China has entered a new stage of urbanization transformation and development. How to better serve and design for people is a thought-provoking question. Starting from the development and changes of villages and towns, this paper reviews the development process and functional spatial changes of villages and towns, and summarizes the similarities and differences in various characteristics of modern villages and towns. It summarizes the current development model of villages and towns, further clarifying the concept of livability in villages and towns and analyzing the characteristics of the living environment in villages and towns. Among them, the village cultural service center plays an indispensable and important role as a carrier of material and spiritual cultural life in the village. Especially in some villages and towns with a long history and culture, their natural spatial elements, cultural activities, and local development elements are closely related to the lives of local villagers. How to better adapt these elements to the needs of modern rural development, while improving the quality of cultural service facilities in villages and towns, and promoting the harmonious development of village and town culture, services, and other aspects. Based on this, taking the Beishuangwang Village in Jinan as the research object, a more comprehensive modern design strategy will be introduced into the design of the village cultural service center, in order to achieve coordinated development of the village cultural service center in various aspects such as economy, culture, and society.
