本方案以“红场1952”为背景，选取其中最具特色的厂房作为此次方案的设计对象。这是一处利用原济南变压器厂的老厂房改造而成的大型文化创意产业园区，依据现状对厂房景观空间进行改造和再设计，其中蕴含着独特历史人文情感和时代发展烙印，对它及周边环境加以改造和利用显得尤其重要。结合我国实际，寻找合适的保护和改造方法，使旧工业建筑能再利用，发挥它该有的经济效益。要根据原始平面图设计，建筑内部空间布局合理、与环境有机协调、要富有创意、空间丰富、立意新颖，有利于人流疏散和安全保卫。设计要充分展现出舒适的效果，营造一个安静的氛围，秉承与创新。同时现代办公空间普遍存在着形式单一、景观界面变化少、区域独立缺乏交往等问题。在人工环境中建立人与自然的联系，创造一种适应现代雇员办公性质的空间形态和布局，实现办公空间的自然化、健康化、情感化的目的。
This plan is based on “Red Square 1952”, and the most distinctive factory building is selected as the design object of this plan. This is a large-scale cultural and creative industry park that has been transformed from the old factory building of the former Jinan Transformer Factory. Based on the current situation, the landscape space of the factory building has been renovated and redesigned, which contains unique historical and cultural emotions and the imprint of the times. It is particularly important to transform and utilize it and its surrounding environment. Based on the actual situation in our country, find suitable protection and renovation methods to enable the reuse of old industrial buildings and unleash their expected economic benefits. To design based on the original floor plan, the internal spatial layout of the building should be reasonable, organically coordinated with the environment, creative, rich in space, and innovative in concept, which is conducive to pedestrian evacuation and security. The design should fully demonstrate a comfortable effect, create a quiet atmosphere, uphold and innovate. At the same time, modern office spaces generally suffer from problems such as a single form, few changes in landscape interfaces, and lack of regional independence and communication. Establishing a connection between humans and nature in an artificial environment, creating a spatial form and layout that adapts to the nature of modern employee work, and achieving the goal of naturalizing, healthy, and emotional office space.
