Abstract:

自然流产是临床常见的妊娠异常疾病,严重危害了育龄期女性的身心健康,其病因多种多样,发病机制尚未完全明晰。近几年的研究表明,NF-κB信号通路可以多途径妊娠进程,在胚胎植入与发育生长之间发挥重要的作用,自然流产的发生与NF-κB信号通路有关系。本文就近几年来NF-κB通路参与自然流产的机制研究进展进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行探讨与展望。
Spontaneous abortion is a common clinical abnormal pregnancy disease, which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of women of childbearing age. Its causes are diverse and the pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. Studies in recent years have shown that the NF-κB signaling pathway can play an important role in multiple pregnancy processes, between embryo implantation and development and growth, and the occurrence of spontaneous abortion is related to the NF-κB signaling pathway. This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of NF-κB pathway involvement in spontaneous abortion in recent years, and discusses and prospects for future research directions.
