Interface Design of Time Management Apps Based on User Experience—A Case Study of the Forest Focus App

在移动互联网高速发展的背景下，用户对于时间管理工具的需求日益增加，但当前市场上的时间管理类APP普遍存在界面设计复杂、操作不便、用户粘性不足等问题。基于此，本文以Forest专注森林App为例，从用户体验的角度出发，结合视觉设计与功能性分析，探讨时间管理类App界面设计中的用户体验优化问题，以期为开发者和设计师创建更具吸引力和实用性的时间管理工具提供参考。
In the context of rapid development of the mobile internet, the demand for time management tools among users has been increasing. However, current time management apps in the market generally suffer from complex interface design, inconvenient operation, and insufficient user engagement. Therefore, this paper takes the Forest app as an example and explores user experience optimization in the interface design of time management apps from a user experience perspective, combining visual design with functional analysis. The aim is to provide reference for developers and designers to create more attractive and practical time management tools.
